How do I care for my Jewelry
- Take off pieces before showering. After showering, or using lotion, or any other body product, wait until you are completely dry before slipping on your accessories.
- Always apply perfume before putting on your jewelry.
- Don’t sleep, shower or do the dishes in your jewelry.
- When traveling or not wearing your accessories, make sure to store them in a jewelry case or wrapped up in a soft cloth to prevent scratching.
- If you’d like to clean, wash with warm water and mild soap.
- Bi-annually have your pieces check to make sure everything is still set properly and all clasps and links are properly intact.

Our commitment to you, our valued client, when you visit Always Coco, is to provide you with a thoughtful experience.
To respect your privacy, we guarantee that any and all information you are providing will remain strictly confidential and safely stored. No information about the visitors to our site will be sold, shared, or made accessible to any entity foreign to Always Coco or the Shopify Platform.
Collecting Personal Information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Shipping questions
When will my order ship?
Each product will have specific timeline estimates provided on their product page. All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Ready- to-orders items placed during normal business hours will be processed as soon as possible, and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm CST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. If the item is Custom it may take between 4-12 weeks for the piece to ship.
What carrier do you ship with?
Our shipping is through the UPS and the United States Postal Service. Price is determined by location of delivery and how quickly you wish for it to arrive. Items over $500 we require a signature at delivery.
Returns questions
What is the return/ exchange policy?
We offer a full refund on non-personalized pieces within 10 days of purchase.
After 10 days we offer exchanges for your order.
Custom and personalized items areFINAL SALEand cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
What are the Fine Jewelry Sales and Return Policies in full detail?
Ring Sizing for engagement rings only. We understand that ring sizing ahead of proposal day can be difficult, so we will provide a one-time re-size at no cost. Any sizing beyond that will be at the customer's expense. If a ring cannot be resized for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Stone Settings. We love resetting your most precious stones, but we ask that you sign a waiver prior to any work done on your existing stones.
Jewelry Insurance/Replacement. We highly recommend getting all fine jewelry insured. This will best protect you and your work of art for the future. Always Coco does not replace any large stones outside of mele stones which must be replaced within 60 days of purchase.

Insurance Options
Payment Policies. All custom orders require a 50% down payment prior to work starting on your jewelry. Payment in full is required prior delivery. Payment plans may be arranged in special circumstances, but items will not be shipped until payment is complete.
Damage/Repairs.If you receive damaged jewelry, we ask that you notify us within 10 days of the item being received. Please provide a picture of the jewelry with a detailed description of the damage.
ReturnsThere are no returns on custom pieces as everything is sourced and crafted just for you.If you receive a customized piece over the $5,000 price point and question the quality or the craftsmanship, we ask that you notify us within 10 days of the item being received. We will provide a third party appraisal verifying the quality of the piece. If we find that the jewelry is of low quality, we will accept it as a return and provide 10% off your next purchase. If the quality is guaranteed by the appraiser, we are unable to accept the jewelry as a return.
